The Belk College of Business receives major rankings and top marks from leading publications and sources that recognize our achievements. Top qualities recognized by these rankings include student and alumni feedback on return on investment, the promise of job security and higher starting salaries after graduation, as well as employer information on programs that best prepare students for success in the workplace.
Here are a select few rankings and accolades:
U.S. News & World Report
The Belk College’s part-time MBA ranked No. 1 among North Carolina-based public universities and among the top 15% of ranked programs in the nation.
Our undergraduate business programs have also been recognized as among the best in the Carolinas and throughout the Southeast by U.S. News & World Report in their 2024 rankings.
CEO Magazine
For the ninth consecutive year, the Charlotte MBA program retained its Tier One status in CEO Magazine’s Global MBA rankings.
The Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program was also recognized for the fourth straight year with a mention in the “2024 Global DBA listing” as a premier DBA provider.
TFE Times
The Belk College’s Master of Science in Mathematical Finance breaks into the top ten in TFE Times’ Best Master’s of Financial Engineering programs for 2023 and holds the No. 10 position in 2024 as well.
The M.S. in Economics and the MBA programs were also included in the 2024 TFE Times rankings, at No. 54 and No. 77, respectively.
Insight Into Diversity
UNC Charlotte has received the 2024 Inspiring Programs in Business Award from Insight Into Diversity magazine, for the Belk College of Business’ Doctorate in Business Administration program.
