Eric Reichard is President and CEO of Rodgers Builders, Inc., a nationally ranked general contractor and construction manager based in Charlotte. With more than 34 years of experience at Rodgers, Reichard has led projects across commercial, cultural, higher education, K–12 education, and healthcare sectors.
His portfolio includes signature projects such as the Charlotte 49ers Football Stadium, the Dubois Center at UNC Charlotte Center City, and Levine Hall at UNC Charlotte. Since 2014, Reichard has served as an adjunct lecturer in Construction Management for the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate, where he shares insights from his extensive industry experience with students preparing for careers in the built environment.
