Dr. Paul Holliday-Millard is a Senior Research Associate in the Office of Student Affairs Research and Assessment at UNC Charlotte. With nearly 15 years of experience in higher education, he specializes in the coordination and implementation of assessment, evaluation, and research initiatives that support institutional effectiveness and student success.
Holliday-Millard has co-authored articles in the Journal of Applied Research in Community Colleges, Journal of Higher Education, and Journal of Student Affairs Inquiry, Improvement, and Impact (JSAIII). His work reflects a commitment to data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement in student affairs and academic support services.
