Marlo Hardiman

Marlo Hardiman, CPA is an Adjunct Professor in the Turner School of Accountancy at UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, public sector, and nonprofit finance, with expertise spanning audit and compliance, tax, payroll, general accounting and financial reporting.

Hardiman currently serves as Assistant Controller for Payroll and Tax at UNC Charlotte, a role that enriches her teaching with real-world insights and practical application. She is a Certified Public Accountant in both Mississippi and North Carolina.
