James L. Carrothers

Dr. James L. Carrothers is an Adjunct Professor in the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte, with more than 25 years of experience in SAP and supply chain management. His professional background includes roles as a corporate buyer, industrial engineer and senior SAP consultant, supporting process improvement across multiple industries.

Carrothers develops SAP training content and operates his own online learning platform focused on SAP supply chain training. He is also deeply interested in entrepreneurship and the growing role of artificial intelligence in business systems and digital transformation.
