Daisy Ortiz-Berger is a seasoned marketing and business leader with experience across the automotive and financial sectors. She began her career at Ford Motor Company as a Brand Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt before taking on senior roles at Bank of America, Citibank, and Wells Fargo as Senior Vice President and Managing Director.

With more than 15 years in banking, Ortiz-Berger has led high-performing digital marketing and competitive intelligence teams and driven more than $25 million in cost savings through large-scale Six Sigma and project management initiatives. She is an Alumni Achievement Award recipient from the City University of New York and has served on the Lehman College Foundation Board, as well as in leadership roles—including President and Vice Chair—at the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.

Ortiz-Berger also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Belk College of Business, teaching Global Marketing, Marketing Management, and Market Research. Her research interests include consumer behavior, social media influencer strategy, artificial intelligence in marketing, and disruptive technology.
