Omar Ritter is a part-time professor of finance and accounting, a decorated combat veteran and a certified public accountant (CPA). He is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Ritter brings extensive experience from his career as a Wall Street finance executive at JPMorgan Chase and as Chief Financial Officer for a $1.2 billion division at Conduent. He is also a motivational speaker and a mental health and disability advocate.

As an area president and franchise owner at FocusCFO, Ritter provides CFO services to business owners, drawing on more than 20 years of leadership experience in corporate America. He is the author of the Amazon #1 bestseller West Point to Wall Street: My Journey to Mental Wellness, where he shares his story of resilience after overcoming PTSD and challenges related to a brain tumor.
