Advisory board member Todd Mansfield honored as a Charlotte innovator

Todd Mansfield, the CEO of Crosland Inc. and a member of the advisory board for the Belk College’s Center for Real Estate, recently was recognized by Charlotte Magazine in their issue focused on innovation.

Called “the environmentalist developer,” Mansfield was noted for his commitment to smart growth and the development of a consistent vision for the region.

In addition to his service to the Center for Real Estate, where he co-chaired a successful $4 million capital campaign, Mansfield also is a pastchair of the Belk College’s business advisory council.

Otherswith UNC Charlotte ties featured in the magazine are Sharon Portwood, executive director of university’s the Institute for Social Capital,as well asengineering alumus Justin Ritchie and current studentsJustin Ruckman and Matthew Tyndall, founders of the website CLT Blog.
