Ashley Smalls
Ashley T. Smalls is an educator, library leader and Project Management Professional with experience in organizational leadership, project management, business and technology education, professional development and community engagement. She currently serves as an adjunct professor in the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte. Her professional experience includes leading teams, managing projects and organizational initiatives, developing and delivering professional training and connecting individuals and organizations with business and technology resources.
Smalls brings her professional leadership and technology experience into the classroom to connect course concepts with practical workplace applications. Her professional and research interests include organizational leadership, leadership development, project management, artificial intelligence, workplace equity and the use of technology to improve organizational effectiveness.
