28 Strong: M.S. in Management Inaugural Cohort

Categories: MS in Management, News

One of the key features of the M.S. in Management program has been the cohort model. The ability to rotate through classes with the same individuals has shown to help in the classroom, but also has been beneficial for building and strengthening bonds outside the classroom.

In the classroom, the cohort has been able to work together to master material and build stronger study habits to promote success on exams and assignments. The cohort diversity promotes enriching class discussions that can enhance the learning of course work. It helps a lot to have multiple perspectives on group assignments to assure that the best product is produced. The cohort has also been able to harness the strengths and abilities of each student that can be beneficial to the group of students as a whole.

By establishing strong connections, there has been a sense of camaraderie and friendship. From celebrating the end of exams to weekend trips, there has not been a dull moment.
