Belk College MBA Earns Multiple Top Rankings Again in 2020
Focused on community, the Belk College MBA continues to strengthen Charlotte and its alumni network by earning top rankings again in 2020.
The Triangle Business Journal recently highlighted the Belk College of Business MBA for its favorable debt-to-earnings ratio. This recognition reflects the strength and performance of the program, while underscoring the importance of students’ return on their investment. Referencing the U.S. Departments of Education and Treasury as the data source, the publication studied median student debt and median first-year earnings for graduates.
When comparing this federal data for all public universities throughout the Carolinas, the Belk College MBA holds the best debt-to-earnings ratio, indicating it as the highest value program.
“This data accurately reflects the high value that the Belk College MBA offers, based on our graduates’ low student debt and first-year income,” said Dr. Jennifer Troyer, Interim Dean of the Belk College of Business. “We are proud to offer this highly competitive program in the heart of Charlotte. Congratulations to our alumni for using their MBA as a strategic tool in their upward career mobility.”
To compare strength and quality of part-time MBA programs, U.S. News & World Report released its 2021 rankings on March 17, 2020. The ranking positions the Belk College MBA as the No.1 part-time MBA among North Carolina public universities. Consistently in the number one spot, the Belk College MBA demonstrates the top quality of its high-caliber students and faculty.
Additionally, CEO Magazine recently ranked the Belk College MBA as a Tier One Global MBA. The ranking institution examines “learning environment, class sizes, tuition fees, faculty, delivery methods, international diversity, gender parity and more,” providing a thorough review of programs worldwide. As a result, the Belk College of Business has been identified as providing “exceptional quality with great ROI.”
“The quality of our MBA is clearly recognized through the depth of our faculty research and the successes of our alumni, and the program’s high rankings are a welcome, added benefit,” said Interim Dean Troyer.
