Belk College Alumni Awards
Hosted annually during Niner Nation Week in the fall, our Alumni Awards recognize alumni and advocates of the Belk College of Business who have demonstrated leadership, outstanding career achievements and enhanced the mission of the College.
CONNECT leadership development summit
This annual spring event is a half-day professional development conference for the Belk College Black and Latinx community, including students, alumni and Charlotte
professionals.
C-Suite Speaker Series
The C-Suite Speaker Series features brings alumni and friends of the college who are in leadership positions to the UNC Charlotte campus to present to and interact with Belk College of Business undergraduate and graduate students.
North Carolina Economic Forecast
The North Carolina Economic Forecast Report, released quarterly at a community event, takes a deep look at North Carolina’s economy by sector and region. The report includes data and analysis of current trends, the Gross State Product (GSP), employment growth and unemployment. The event includes a presentation by Belk College Economics Professor John Connaughton and a live Q&A.
State of Housing in Charlotte
The Childress Klein Center for Real Estate’s State of Housing in Charlotte Summit brings developers, government officials and community stakeholders together for an exclusive first look at the annual State of Housing in Charlotte report.
The report is presented by Dr. Yongqiang Chu, director of the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate, and is followed by an industry panel discussion featuring topics from the report.
Women in Business Leadership Development Summit
The Women in Business Leadership Summit Powered by Ally hosts an annual half-day professional development conference for Belk College students and alumni.
