Dr. Barbara Knight is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Belk College of Business. Dr. Knight joined the Belk College of Business with a primary teaching focus on business and management. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility, business ethics, organizational strain, international business management, corporate misconduct, and active learning pedagogy. Dr. Knight has over 30 years of business experience working in large multinational organizations including Unilever and General Motors, primarily as the finance partner to executive supply chain and marketing management. She founded a family real estate investment company in 2010 and currently provides management consulting with a focus on operations, finance, and profit improvement.
