Brenden Hair, MBA, PMP, is an adjunct professor in UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business, where he teaches operations management and organizational behavior. He is an experienced supply chain professional and U.S. Army veteran with expertise in logistics, omnichannel fulfillment, process improvement, project management and organizational leadership.
Hair currently serves as an order fulfillment supply chain manager at Belk, where he leads initiatives focused on operational performance, fulfillment technology and the customer delivery experience. He brings these real‑world insights into the classroom to help students connect business concepts with practical workplace applications. Hair is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at UNC Charlotte.
