Carla Boles

Carla Boles joined the Belk College of Business with a primary teaching focus on Business Law. She is a licensed attorney and was an active practitioner for 15 years, working as a law firm associate, in-house corporate counsel, and as a solo practitioner in the area of business litigation. She also served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Her research has appeared in The Law Teacher and The Bulletin, among others.
