Cor Hoekstra is a founder, board member and enterprise technology executive with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling SaaS businesses across financial services, retail and supply chain logistics. He served as chief growth officer at TIFIN, where he led enterprise sales and partnerships across the company’s portfolio. Hoekstra joined TIFIN in 2022 through its acquisition of Amicus, the donor‑advised fund platform he co‑founded and led as CEO. Amicus launched with J.P. Morgan as its anchor client and grew to serve more than 1,200 advisors across 22 wealth management firms and $700M in assets. Earlier in his career, Hoekstra was a partner at IBM, where he led global enterprise transformations, and held senior roles at Oracle, One Network Enterprises, i2 Technologies and InterTrans Logistics Solutions.

Passionate about turning ideas into viable businesses, Hoekstra draws on his experience starting, scaling and selling a company to give students a practical view of what it takes to win an anchor customer, build a high‑performing team and grow a venture. A philanthropist at heart, he serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.
