She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems.
Her expertise includes pre- and post-award research administration, proposal development and review, financial management of sponsored programs, compliance, leadership development, and institutional operations. Wynn is the founder of Wynn Essentials LLC and Wynn Essentials Academy, where she provides training, consulting, and resources in research administration and grief-informed leadership. She is also the author of Permission to Pause: Making Space for Grief in the Workplace, a practical guide for leaders navigating loss with compassion.
