Devin Collins
Devin Collins serves as Regional Innovation Officer in the Division of Research at UNC Charlotte. He leads efforts to accelerate the commercialization of university-based technologies, foster regional industry partnerships, and strengthen the innovation ecosystem across the Carolinas.
With more than 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and startup acceleration, Collins has guided over 500 entrepreneurs and more than 200 research teams through the commercialization of deep tech ventures via the National Science Foundation I-Corps program. He is a core reviewer for the NC IDEA Foundation SEED startup funding program and is active internationally, having delivered entrepreneurship and commercialization training to universities and entrepreneurs in more than 25 countries through the U.S. Department of State.
