Dustin Ramos

Dustin Ramos is a Lecturer in the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte and a proud member of the 49er family. He began his career as an auditor in public accounting before transitioning into the commercial real estate industry, where he has worked for the past three years. His diverse skill set includes month-end close procedures, operating budget preparation, financial reporting and analysis, and financial modeling.

Ramos is passionate about leadership and has played an active role in new hire onboarding, the interview process, and internship program development. He brings real-world experience into the classroom and is committed to engaging students through practical applications and industry insights.

Ramos earned both his B.S. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy (MACC) from the University of South Carolina, and can often be heard exclaiming “Go Gamecocks!”
