Humaira Retiwalla

Humaira Retiwalla is an adjunct lecturer with experience in risk management, process automation and financial reporting. She has worked across financial systems and advisory roles and currently works in banking with a focus on data governance. Retiwalla holds a Master of Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in North Carolina.

Retiwalla grew up in Charlotte and, after spending time on the West Coast, recently returned to the city she calls home. Outside of teaching and her work with financial data, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling and spending time with her family. She recently married and is close with her two brothers.
