Ed Jernigan joined the Belk College faculty in 1989. In the undergraduate program, Dr. Jernigan teaches organizational behavior and management principles. Additionally, he teaches organizational behavior in the M.B.A. program. His research focuses on employee commitment, leadership effectiveness, and adapting to change.
