Patrick is an associate professor and the John Crosland, Sr. Distinguished Scholar in Real Estate in the Finance department at UNC Charlotte. Before graduate school, he worked for nearly a decade, holding various positions of increasing importance in corporate finance and business analytics. Patrick’s research interests include real estate finance and urban economics. His current research uses housing transaction and mortgage data to inform public policy.
