Robert Cooney began teaching at the Belk College in January 2021. Robert is President of eVision Partners, Inc., a management consulting firm that focuses on working with state departments of transportation, transit agencies and other public sector organizations to plan for, manage and execute large-scale information technology and business transformation projects. Prior to starting eVision Partners in 2009, Robert worked in leadership and executive management roles for three multinational consulting firms and for a specialty consulting firm focused on the public sector. Robert has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. He is pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from UNC Charlotte with an expected graduation date of May 2022. Robert is a certified project management professional (PMP).
