On Being a Graduate Admissions Administrator

I love connecting with people, learning about their dreams and working with them to help achieve them! This is what I do in my position. I connect students and professionals to the possibilities that are open to them and hope that means them becoming graduate students at the Belk College of Business. I believe that my role plays a large part in students’ lives and their futures and I’m excited to be along for the ride!

Advice to Students

My piece of advice for students is to make every moment count. You never know who you will meet and which small opportunities will make a large impact later. Additionally, life, in general, allows you to get out of it what you put in. Maximize the opportunities you have and you will be on the road to success.

Why Should You Consider a Master's Degree?

I support the Belk College graduate programs because I believe in their ability to leverage innate skills each person has within themselves and couple that with business skills, knowledge and practice. Becoming a student within our programs allows you to fully engage in the business community and not only keep it on pace but continually improve it. With one of our master’s degrees, I’m confident that our graduates make vast, positive, improvements to their companies, organizations and our society.

About Me

My favorite things to do when I have free time are travel, attend shows and concerts, and spend time with my family, friends, and cats (although I don’t identify as a cat lady).
