Dr. Samantha Reeves is an educator and executive with more than 25 years of experience bridging academia and industry. As an adjunct instructor, she has taught undergraduate and graduate students across multiple universities, drawing on her career in global financial services, professional services, and FinTech.
Most recently, Reeves served as Head of Human Resources for a FinTech firm, where she focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development. She has also held multiple Chief of Staff roles supporting C-suite executives—positions she found especially rewarding for their impact on organizational culture, operational efficiency, and talent alignment.
