Scott Carr

Scott Carr is senior vice president of development and construction at Jamestown, where he leads construction and development efforts at Camp North End in Charlotte. He has more than 30 years of experience with commercial construction and development companies including ATCO, Lincoln Harris, Rodgers Builders, Skanska and Whiting‑Turner, managing large‑scale commercial and mixed‑use projects across the southeast. Carr is a LEED AP BD+C and CPESC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science in Real Estate from UNC Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
