Steve Baruch is an internationally recognized veteran of B2B strategy and commerce.  He is expert at creating winning strategies and driving operational excellence at the cross-section of sales, marketing, category and digital, while inspiring teams to achieve extraordinary results.  Baruch has a wealth of wide-ranging executive leadership experience and is adept at sharing that experience and supporting the development of current and future leaders.

Having presented at the Global Leadership Forum and the United Nations’ World Diversity Leadership Symposium, Baruch also is a frequent speaker at such venues as the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and eTail as well as having been a keynote speaker at IRCE B2B and B2B Online and numerous other industry conferences.  He has been featured in several national and trade publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes Internet Retailer and Modern Distribution Management.  

Baruch currently serves as CEO and Board Member for ProSource Supply. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for MSC Industrial Supply Co. (NYSE: MSM) where he led MSC’s corporate strategy team, marketing strategy and execution, and category management.

Prior to joining MSC in 2008, Baruch served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Managed Services for Adecco where he led global sales with focus on enterprise engagements and managed services strategy and execution.  Previously, he held various executive positions at global electronics distributor Arrow Electronics.

Baruch holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His executive education includes specialized training from Harvard Business School, the Wharton School, and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
