Recruitment of #businessniners

To streamline the recruitment process and to ensure that Belk College of Business students and alumni have access to timely information, employers can post internship and job opportunities online with UNC Charlotte’s centralized job board, Hire-A-Niner. Postings can be customized to reach a targeted student audience based on majors(s), graduation date, degree level and other criteria.

Hire-A-Niner can also be used to schedule information sessions, register for employer events such as the twice-annual campus-wide career fairs and schedule on-campus interviews.

The Belk College professional development team works in collaboration with the University Career Center to provide support for employers wishing to build their brand on campus and provide opportunities to get involved with student programming. Business student organizations can also be a great way to build relationships with undergraduate business students.
