Management professor will be honored by CPAs
Gary Kohut, professor of management in the Belk College of Business, has been named a recipient of the "Outstanding Chapter Speaker Award" by the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). He will be recognized by the association at their annual meeting in May.
Kohut, who joined the Belk College faculty in 1983, is a past recipient of the Bank of America Teaching Award, UNC Charlotte's highest teaching honor. He teaches courses in communications and management in the M.B.A. and undergraduate programs.
