Belk College alumnae among Charlotte's top women in business

Belk College graduates Kelley Earnhardt Elledge '95 and Michelle Luhr Menard '97received the Charlotte Business Journal's Women in Business Achievement Award at a luncheon July 16.

Elledge is vice president and general manager of JR Motorsports, a company owned by her brother, NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. Elledge, who earned a bachelor's degree in operations management, will be profiled in the Fall 2007 issue of the Belk College magazine, bcc.

Menard is founder and CEO of Choice Translating Inc., which provides translating services to clients in the U.S. and Peru. Menard founded the company while a student in the Belk College, where she earneddegrees in international business and French.
