Randolph joins Center for Real Estate as research associate

Sonye Randolph has joined the Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte as a research associate. Ms. Randolph earned a Master of Public Affairs from UNC Greensboro and a Bachelor’s in Public Policy Analysis and Economics from UNC Chapel Hill before entering UNC Charlotte’s Public Policy Ph.D. program in the fall of 2007. She has gained professional experience in policy research and analysis through her previous work with UNC Chapel Hill, the N.C. Housing Coalition and the City of High Point. In her role with the Center for Real Estate, Randolph will conduct research related to community development and housing affordability under the supervision of Associate Director Dustin Read and Director Steve Ott.
