Dr. Steven Rogelberg, professor of organizational science and management, has been elected Science and Research Officer and a member of the executive board for the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). This position is the highest science officer in the SIOP, a 6,000-member international professional organization focused on the well-being and performance of people and the organizations that employ them.
Dr. Rogelberg holds a joint appointment in the Belk College and the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. He is director of the Ph.D. program in Organizational Science, an interdisciplinary collaboration between the two colleges. Steven G. Rogelberg
