Kohut appointed to leadership positions in MBA and executive education
Dr. Gary Kohut, professor of management, has been appointedas interim Director of the M.B.A. Program andinterim director of executive education for the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte. Both of these appointments are effective immediately and will last through June 30, 2010.

Dr.Kohut joined the Belk College faculty in 1983. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in communication and management. His research focuses on corporate communication strategy, leadership and management development and applied technology in business communication. Dr. Kohut holds a Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is co-author of three books: Business Communication: A Functional Perspective, Contemporary Business Report Writing and Write to Win.
