Ott, Read lead “Development 101” seminar for ULI

Steve Ott, Director of the Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte, and Associate Director Dustin Read are leading a half-day seminar onreal estate financial analysis on Thursday, April 2.

The “Development 101” program is sponsored by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Charlotte chapter. It will take place from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at UNC Charlotte Uptown, 220 N. Tryon Street.

The program is for public-sector employees and officials who interact with private-sector real estate decision makers. It is designed to help participants develop an understanding of how private-sector decisions are made.
