The Belk College of Business will oversee a new center focused on driving community-wide innovation and expanding entrepreneurial education on campus.
UNC Charlotte announced its alignment of education and outreach efforts through the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which integrates the efforts of the Belk College’s undergraduate and graduate certificates in entrepreneurship, with Ventureprise and the Small Business and Technology Development Center.
Justin Webb, the Belk Distinguished Professor of Business Innovation in the Belk College of Business, will co direct the center alongside Ventureprise Director Devin Collins. Housed in PORTAL, the center will report to the Belk College.
