2 alumni selected for CLT Alliance’s Emerging Business Leaders
The Belk College of Business is sponsoring two alumni participants in the 11th class of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance’s Emerging Business Leaders, a seven-month talent development program for high-potential, diverse leaders who will ultimately create a competitive advantage for Charlotte’s workforce and economy.
The program is designed to enhance leadership capabilities in professionals from across many employment sectors in the Charlotte region. Class 11 of the Emerging Business Leaders includes:
CHEMERE DAVIS ’14 MBA
Senior Business Operations Program Manager, Microsoft
ETHAN NORMAN ’15 ECONOMICS, ’17 M.S. IN ECONOMICS
Operations Development Senior Analyst, Lowe’s Companies
“Belk College graduate program alumni enter the workforce as motivated professionals driving business in their industry. Their participation in the CLT Alliance’s Emerging Business Leaders program is just one example of how our alumni are recognized as leaders in their company and our community,” said Jennifer Troyer, dean of the Belk College of Business.
Norman and Davis both serve on the Belk College of Business Alumni Council.
Additionally, UNC Charlotte staff members Adam Wassell, NiCole Lynch, and Isabella Strafaci are participating in the program.
The participants were selected through the ongoing partnership between Belk College of Business Graduate Programs, the UNC Charlotte Alumni Association and the CLT Alliance.
