In her role as Business Strategy and Initiatives Manager for Bank of America’s Global Commercial Bank, Ghada directly supports the line of business’ strategy by orchestrating high-impact client engagement initiatives, national events, and executive support that deliver seamless experiences and exceptional service. Through strategic planning, line of business connectivity, and enterprise sponsorship execution, she enables responsible growth by fostering valuable client relationships and elevating Global Commercial Banking’s presence across markets.

Ghada’s responsibilities include operating as a trusted business management and client engagement partner for Global Commercial Banking’s president, region heads, and chief operating officer in a business servicing clients with revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, one of the largest commercial banks in the United States.

Ghada joined Bank of America in 2015 while still an undergraduate student at UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business through its Applied Technology Program. She continued developing business acumen with Bank of America’s Finance Management Analyst Program in 2016, completing both programs by 2018.  Ghada is also a graduate of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance Emerging Business Leaders Program.

In addition to supporting the Global Commercial Bank, Ghada serves as a leader in several spaces at Bank of America, including chairing the Bank of America UNC Charlotte Alumni Network, a network of over 1,000 UNC Charlotte alumni who work at Bank of America; previously facilitating employee engagement and workplace excellence initiatives for both Global Commercial Banking and Business Banking; and previously recruiting on behalf of the Finance Management Analyst Program UNC Charlotte Campus Programs.

Ghada holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she served as the University’s Commencement Speaker in May 2016.

Additional alma mater and community involvement include serving as a Women in Business Associate Member for the Belk College of Business; having served as a councilmember for the Belk College of Business Alumni Council; having served as a Board Member and Secretary for the Metrolina Phoenician Club; and presently serving as Secretary for the Southern Federation of Syrian Lebanese American Clubs, after most recently completing a term as their North Carolina State Vice President.
