Kimberly Harris

Dr. Kimberly Harris is a lecturer in the Belk College of Business. She is an entrepreneur in the roller-skating retail sector and provides business operations services to Fortune 500 companies. She has developed a versatile skill set through her experience in sales, training, process optimization, analytics and virtual operations.

After earning her degree from UNC Charlotte, Dr. Harris transitioned from the fields of manufacturing and distribution into healthcare IT, initially concentrating on data analytics. Over time, she broadened her expertise to encompass international process improvement, consulting and marketing communications. Eventually, she transitioned to a focus on sales and training for analytical software.
