Tomás Reynolds is a retired U.S. Army Infantry Officer with 23 years of honorable active-duty service, culminating in a career defined by leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to developing others. Throughout multiple command and staff assignments, he led soldiers in complex and demanding environments, managed large and diverse teams, and collaborated with joint, interagency, and multinational partners. He is passionate about bringing real-world leadership experience into higher education, focusing on student development, critical thinking, ethical leadership, and practical application of theory. He is dedicated to mentoring students, fostering inclusive learning environments, and preparing graduates for leadership roles in both public and private sectors.
