Copenhagen: Dual-Degree Master’s Program in Economics
The Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte and the Copenhagen Business School are collaborating on an exciting dual master’s-degree program in economics. Graduates of the program will receive both an M.S. in Economics with a Quantitative Financial Economics concentration from UNC Charlotte and a MSc in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. Students will spend one academic year in each location.
The UNC Charlotte degree is designed for students seeking careers in banking or other financial institutions, as well as regulatory bodies dealing with financial markets. The CBS degree provides students with a solid understanding of finance, international macro and industrial economics. Students completing the dual degree program are prepared for analytical and management positions that require an international perspective and an ability to integrate economic analysis and advanced quantitative methods.
