The Belk College of Business’ programs and faculty continue to receive high marks in a variety of national rankings.

The Belk College’s part-time MBA ranked No. 1 among North Carolina-based public universities and among the top 15% of ranked programs in the nation. Our undergraduate business programs have also been recognized as among the best in the Carolinas and throughout the Southeast by U.S. News & World Report in their 2023 rankings.

For the eighth consecutive year, the Charlotte MBA program retained its Tier One status in CEO Magazine’s Global MBA rankings. The Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program was also recognized for the fourth straight year with a mention in the “2023 Global DBA listing” as a premier DBA provider.

The M.S. in Mathematical Finance was ranked 10th in the nation, highlighting an impressive rise in national rankings for the joint Belk College of Business and College of Liberal Arts & Sciences graduate program. The M.S. in Economics and Master of Accountancy programs were also mentioned at #54 and #41, respectively.
BEST’S REVIEW
The Belk College of Business Risk Management and Insurance program was recently ranked No. 11 in the 2022 AM Best Review Survey of the best undergraduate RMI programs. AM Best is a global accrediting agency, news publisher and data analytics provider specializing in the insurance industry. The program also garnered a No. 11 ranking in North America based on research contributions in the top five leading actuarial and risk management and insurance journals for business schools.
