Alpha Kappa Psi
Alpha Kappa Psi is UNC Charlotte’s only co-ed professional business fraternity. Established in 1968, the Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi is based on the core values of Brotherhood, Knowledge, Integrity, Service and Unity. As a chapter, we participate in a wide variety of activities such as professional speakers, team building events, intramural sports, and leadership training seminars to name a few. American Marketing Association (AMA)
The UNC Charlotte American Marketing Association student chapter is an affiliated organization of the national American Marketing Association. We welcome all majors into our organization, however, we are primarily for business, communication, and marketing students. Our mission is to serve as a forum to connect likeminded individuals, foster knowledge sharing, provide resources, tools and training, and support marketing practice and thoughtful leadership. We live our mission by providing our members access to our professional development workshops, AMA certifications, speakers, and even panel discussions. We spend time with our community and build relationships with our members through community service and social outings. We also attend the National American Marketing Association’s International Collegiate Conference held in New Orleans annually.

Association of Information Systems (AIS)
The Association of Information Systems (AIS) is formed for the purpose of promoting the study and utilization of information systems through programs of professional development, social networking, and community development. To meet this task, AIS has the following goals:
- Encourage the pursuit of information systems excellence within UNC Charlotte
- Offer information systems career and technology information to its members
- Provide networking opportunities to those interested in information systems.
Association of Supply Chain Management
The Association for Supply Chain Management’s UNC Charlotte student chapter is focused on creating professional networking opportunities, increasing exposure to logistics and manufacturing practices, and promoting extracurricular professional development within the operations and supply chain industry. We do this primarily through completely free ASCM membership, which grants access to professional development courses, certifications, networking, and more. We’d love for you to join us!
Beta Alpha Psi (BAP)
Beta Alpha Psi is an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals. The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field. Our weekly meetings involve a variety of professionals presenting on an assortment of topics.
Future Leaders of Accounting – UNC Charlotte Chapter
Future Leaders of Accounting is an organization for accounting and finance majors of all classifications. Our objective is To provide a positive atmosphere for the academic, social, and professional growth of its members. We do this by recognizing scholastic and professional excellence in the fields of accounting and finance by having a bi-weekly speaker session with the provision of opportunities for self-development and association among members and practicing business professionals.

Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS)
Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS) is an international professional development organization with a focus on insurance, risk management and actuarial science. Membership is open to all students enrolled in UNC Charlotte. GIS pursues a mission of promoting and encouraging student interest in a career in the insurance industry while encouraging high moral and scholastic attainments of its members. Insurance is a diverse industry with career opportunities in underwriting, claims, actuarial science, accounting, marketing, sales, HR, loss control, financial planning, data analytics, management information systems and reinsurance. The UNC Charlotte Chapter provides many professional development opportunities for students including attendance at seminars and conferences, international travel, career fairs and networking with industry professionals through speaker meeting, luncheons and Shadow Days. We also provide group and individual coaching for members with the goal of helping all students complete an internship and receive a career offer in one’s preferred career path prior to graduation.

Management Consulting Club
The Management Consulting Club at UNC Charlotte provides students with the resources, knowledge, opportunities and experience to better prepare members for a successful career in management consulting. During club meetings, MCC members practice case interviews, learn about and explore the proper ways to work with clients, host guest speakers, and much more. National Association of Black Accountants (NABA)
Founded in 1969, NABA has served as a network for professionals for nearly 50 years. Here at UNC Charlotte, our chapter strives to encourage scholarship, leadership, and financial education while establishing essential connections for our undergraduate members.
EmpowerHER: Black Women in Business
EmpowerHER was founded with the vision of breaking down barriers and bridging gaps for Black Women interested in business-related professions. We recognize the unique challenges faced by black women in various industries and aim to create a safe and empowering space where members can embrace their identities and excel in their careers.

Commercial Real Estate Society (CRES)
The Commercial Real Estate Society (CRES) at UNC Charlotte connects students with professionals and alumni in the commercial real estate industry. It also promotes commercial real estate education, skills, and professional organizations. Whether you’re majoring in finance, engineering, architecture, construction management, political science, or just have an interest in the industry, you’ll have a home with CRES.

Charlotte Sports Analytics Club
Learn about sports analytics and apply what we’ve learned into real-world scenarios. Use what we’ve learned regarding sports analytics with real sporting events, such as Professional or NCAA games. Our final objective is to apply our skills and findings to Charlotte athletic programs.

Enactus is an international non-profit organization that brings together student, academic and business leaders who are committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need.
