Blake Horridge is an experienced academic administrator and researcher who has worked in higher education for over a decade. Horridge joined UNC Charlotte in 2020 as the Director of Academic Planning and Accreditation for the Belk College of Business, helping the college maintain its accreditation status and make sound academic decisions through data tracking, evaluation, and curriculum review. Before coming to UNC Charlotte, he served as the Associate Registrar at Claremont McKenna College in California. There, he worked on projects related to institutional research, academic advising, program planning, and facility use. He has also served as a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Neuroeconomics Studies, helping to run studies on economic decision making, trust, and the hormone oxytocin. Horridge is currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education from Claremont Graduate University, focusing on measuring interdisciplinarity in undergraduate curricula.
