Dr. Williams teaches MIS and Business Analytics courses within The Belk College of Business as an adjunct instructor. His research area of interest concentrates on user's and organization's reliance upon analytics and decision support tools. Professionally, he has served in various strategy, operations, risk management and program management roles in nearly 20 years at Bank of America. Currently, he manages operations for Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Crimes Analytics which develops and maintains forecasting and analytic tools used in financial crimes monitoring. He holds a B.A. in Economics ('00) & Doctorate in Business Administration ('20) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, an MBA from Pfeiffer University (’05),and a Master's in Project Management from Western Carolina University (’08). He holds the PMI® Project Management Professional designation and FINRA Series 7 & 24 licenses.
