During this event, we will discuss ways that you can identify companies who are putting meaningful DEI support into place. How can you see beyond the website statement to find companies who display a commitment to inclusion in the workplace?

About the Presenter
Meagan has worked in higher education for over a decade and has worked in advising or student services roles for over seven years. She seeks to connect students to their career goals and provide students with resources and opportunities to learn career-ready skills. Before student support roles in higher education, she taught fashion marketing and management, worked in management at a luxury department store, and worked in advertisement design and publication management. At the Belk College of Business, she leads the professional development team and supports the Women in Business Initiative.
