What is your favorite thing about living in the Charlotte area?
There’s always something to do in Charlotte! You can attend sports events and concerts, eat at notable local restaurants, find fun activities to do with a group of friends, and much more.
What are your career goals for the future?
As of right now, I plan on becoming a pharmaceutical sales representative after I graduate. If I were to do something after that job, I would like to find a career in the digital marketing field.
Why did you choose to attend UNC Charlotte?
None of my in-state schools stood out to me the way UNC Charlotte did. The campus was beautiful and walkable, people were welcoming, and I was really familiar with the Charlotte area since my family loved going to Cheesecake Factory at South Park!
How has the Business Honors Program helped you progress towards your career goals?
The professional development meetings, mock interviews, and events with Charlotte businesses all enhanced my understanding of the business world and what it will entail for my future career goals. I feel that it is important for me to keep up with the fast-growing business world.
What is your favorite benefit from being an honors student at UNC Charlotte?
I would say that I like the off-campus events we do, how friendly all the students and faculty are, being able to live in Levine, and being able to say that I am an honors student.
