U.S. News and World Report has named UNC Charlotte one of the top ten "up and coming national universities" in its annual Best College issue.

According to Robert Morse at U.S. News, the magazine asked top academics as part of the regular U.S. News peer assessment survey to name the schools that they think are "Up-and-Coming Institutions."

Alumna wins prestigious civic engagement award
