Inclusivity in Professional Development
As a team, we will:

Commit to inviting speakers and guests who represent diverse backgrounds
-
Partner with industry leaders who are making meaningful progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion
-
Support student organizations and special programs that specifically support individuals with diverse identities
-
Offer the opportunity to request accommodations for every event that you register for
-
Ask for dietary restrictions and work with on-campus catering to accommodate those for any food-related events
-
Avoid work-restricted religious holidays where possible for opt-in events and provide accommodations for those unable to attend events for religious reasons
